From our LKG to 12 we have written around 48 exams and we have lived for 4380 days.Which means that These 48 exams are just 1% of the total time we have lived. And Is one day out of 100 days enough to judge a person and decide his Fate for the rest of his life? Are a few questions enough to decide the brain capability.
DEFINITELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But this is what these EXAMS and Tests Really do.They judge our life by just seeing us on one percent of the days that we have lived and if we dont perform for that time then we perish.
This is a major Flaw in the educational system. This does not guarantee that the person with more marks is more talented.
What we need is a system that checks an individuals performance every week or every month which will ensure and provide a better selection criteria to decide where that individual is fit or not other wise people just slog it out in the end and study for 18 hours a day before exam and get marks but during this period before exams they are just not learning anything but just mugging up and vomit on the paper during exam. This definitely does not help the Knowledge pool because practical know how and theoritical understanding is negligibale in these situations thereby making them useless to their employers.Due to this impotency and lack of depth in knowledge that they have to undergo more training give exams to prove there worth once more which makes all other that they have written till date exams useless.
So what I am trying to convey is
"A MANS WORTH CANNOT BE JUDGED IN A DAY"

Does speed really matter???
When we ponder upon this issue we realize that speed is related to 'Time'.Time is something that we always want but then time is also something that can never be bought but speed can be bought and with speed we can save 'Time'.Time has become a key entity in our modern day life style and to save it we need speed and that's why our thirst for faster cars, faster banks, faster life never ends..And the main reason for this unquenchable thirst is 'Fear of Death'.Because its over death that's marks the end of our time.'Time' that was given to us by God to achieve whatever we can.And thats why we use speed. But then an another thought arises that this circle of speed can never end because of human Greed to achieve more and more.So where do we stand after all this..From Chariots to F1,From handwash to Washing Machine.
The same place where we have stood before.Because Change is constant which means that when world around you is getting faster and you are also getting faster then the speed of the world around you and your speed cancel out each other and your standing in the same page as the Romans with chariots.Which means, though you are fast when compared to the past but are you faster than the present???
